The Napalm Grenade is a scrapped grenade weapon for the Pyro. It appears as a short cylindrical grenade with a safety lever. It would have likely functioned the same as in Team Fortress Classic, in which it would set a patch of the ground (and enemies in the same radius) on fire upon detonation, after which the affected area would continue to burn for a short while, delivering additional damage and further igniting enemies within its radius.

Three unusable Napalm Grenades are worn on the Pyro's belt. Coloured gray and orange/yellow, they serve little gameplay purpose other than as a visual aid for players when targeting.
