The Heal Grenade is a scrapped grenade weapon that would have belonged to the Medic. This item was cut from the game due to Valve's decision to omit grenades from Team Fortress 2. The Heal Grenade was supposedly going to have the ability to heal teammates within the blast radius.
Trivia
- The design of the Heal Grenade's model is a reference to the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch from the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
