Eric Smith is a Valve software developer, contributing to Team Fortress Classic and Team Fortress 2. Previously noted for involvement in Scream Fortress updates, Eric Smith is now noted for supporting the Community with email responses to questions[1][2][3] and known as the sole contact for Community mapper, serving notices of additions of their maps to the game.[4]
