Hello. I'm not really an avid wikier and will probably only make minor changes and suggestions on the discussion pages most likely. You can find my backpack here.[1] I guess I should maybe write something else, so:
Contents
Weapons still Wanted/Needed by me
Sun-on-a-Stick, Sharpened Volcano Fragment, Loch-n-Load, Crusader's Crossbow, Warrior's Spirit, Buffalo Steak Sandvich
Big Kill, Frying Pan
Hats Most Wanted by me
I'll get around to listing them sooner or later, but I still don't know much about formatting so don't expect any fancy charts right away.
Scout
1st: Milkman
2nd: Bonk Helm
3rd: Ye Olde Baker Boy
Soldier 1st: Defiant Spartan
2nd: Killer's Kabuto
3rd: Dr.'s Dapper Topper
Frankly all of Soldier's hats are so damn awesome. I love that they tend to have the warrior theme going on, it make for some real good hats.
Pyro
1st: Brigade Helm (Got it, YAY!) My absolute favorite hat in the game! Maybe it's Pyro's connection with fire and being in fiery areas, or maybe it's just because it looks so cool.
2nd: Stockbroker's Scarf Technically not a hat, but I'm counting it as one because it is obtained in the same manner. The only reason I'm counting this above the Sombrero is because it is currently the only thing that can make my Pyro as cool as ever.
3rd: Old Guadalajara I had it once, but traded it for the brigade helm. This is definitely one of Pyro's cooler hats, on top of being characteristically funny and silly for Pyro's hats. Maybe it's also got something to do with how the Mexicans like to cook things hot and spicy (just like Pyro, hehe).
Demoman
1st: Glengarry Bonnet (Got it. Yay!) One of my favorites in the whole game, awesome Scottishness.
2nd: Dangeresque, too? (Got it. Yay!)
3rd: Prince Tavish's Crown
Heavy
1st: Big Chief
2nd: Magnificent Mongolian
3rd: Cadaver's Cranium
Engineer
1st: Texas Ten Gallon
2nd: Engineer's Cap
3rd: Industrial Festivizer
Medic:
1st: Blighted Beak
2nd: Prussian Pickelhaube
3rd: Vintage Tyrolean
Sniper
1st: Ol' Snaggletooth
2nd: Shooter's Sola Topi
3rd: Larrikin Robin
Spy
1st: Fancy Fedora
2nd: Le Party Phantom
3rd: Detective Noir
Classless
1st: World Traveler's Hat Maybe eventually I'll feel like spending 99 cents at the Mann Co. Store
2nd: Max's Severed Head
3rd: Spine-Chilling Skull or Voodoo Juju (Can't decide)
Things I want to see in game
I have to say, while browsing through Polycount forums and whatnot I was very surprised by the quality of the things being displayed here are a few that stand out to me.
Scout
Mercury's Helm, I actually had this idea myself and it looks like someone else did too. [2]
Winged Shoes [page I just like relatively little things like that.
Soldier:
Civil War Officer's Kepi [3]
Uncle Sam's Stovepipe[4]
Pyro:
Toque D'Flambage [5]
Whelp's Dragon Hat [6]
Executioner Pyro [7]
Freeze Gun. This one in particular stood out to me. Somehow I love the incongruity of this weapon.[8] [9]
Torch [10]
Heavy:
Russian Trapper Hat Technically stil an Ushanka, but I was thinking of the style seen here [11]. The kind with ear flaps. For me this is what comes to mind when I think of Russian hats. If made right it could be one of my favorite hats.
Heavy's Budenovka [12]
That chainsaw is needed badly. [13]
Minigun replacement: Somehow the ammo box makes this gun [14]
Engineer
The Techwizard, I wouldn't have thought to put this hat on Engie, but with that name it's kind of fitting. Plus Engie needs more awesome hats. [15]
Bolo Tie [16]
Cowboy Shoes, complete with spurs [17]
Medic
Schirmmütze (erroneously referred to as a Feldmütze)[18]
Just some more awesome Germanliness in the form of an Iron Cross. [19]
Pontifex Medicus [20]
Spy
Musketeer Spy = Awesome [21]
To add to the Musketeer Spy: The Main Gauche [22]
A Fancy Switchblade [23]
Rose, like I said I like the little details. [24]
Undecided Class
This turban may be pretty good for Sniper or Spy [25]
My Favorite Polycount Packs that did not make it (but I would love to see in-game)
[26] WAR! reparations? Awesome. I love the cannon idea and I love that medal.
[27] A fitting rival for the Saharan Spy. That scimitar man.
[28] I really like the idea of Spy slitting throats rather than stabbing backs, plus I love the homburg.
