"A Little Heart to Heart" is currently available as one of the main menu's startup themes. It is one of two songs featured in Meet the Medic, the other one being "MEDIC!". It is listed as track number thirteen and is one of 33 main menu startup themes. It is the tenth track to be added via a patch subsequent to the game's release.
Another theme, "Archimedes", contains elements from this track and has been added as main menu startup music, but has not been used in a Meet the Team video.
