Curiosidades
- The Fancy Fedora could be seen before it was officially announced in the icon for the Deep Undercover Spy achievement.
- Originally a women's fashion into the 20th century, the fedora came into use in about 1919 as a men's middle-class clothing accessory.
- The Fancy Fedora actually resembles a Trilby [1] more than it does a Fedora. Fedoras have wider brims and were more popular in America, while the Trilby was more popular in Europe (from where the Spy originates).
- In Hollywood movies of the 1940s, characters often wore a fedora; particularly when playing as a private detective, a gangster, or any other "tough guy" role. The fedora is also closely associated with "Film Noir" characters. Fedoras and Trilbies are also prominently used in European gangster/crime films, for example Rififi or in many of the works of Jean-Pierre Melville (such as Le Cercle Rouge, Bob le Flambeur, and Le Samourai).
- 'Fedora' was the codename for Yerbas Lichi (Russian: Виктор Мечиславвич Лесовский), a K.G.B.-agent that infiltrated the United Nations during the Cold War, from where he very successfully sabotaged American intelligence agencies by supplying false information.(Wikipedia)
- The Fancy Fedora was seen in the Art Pass Contest comic being worn by the hacker.
- The hat description was written by Kenori.
- The white version of the Fancy Fedora is rather similar to Michael Jackson's hat.
