To view or search previously uploaded files go to the list of uploaded files, (re)uploads are also logged in the upload log, deletions in the deletion log.

Image files must be placed in at least one category and they must have licensing information attached.

Category:Images contains every existing image category for use. If an appropriate category does not exist, create it!
After reading Team Fortress Wiki:Licensing images, if you still aren't sure what license applies to this image, select "I don't know what the license for this file is."

To keep track of images intended to be used solely on your user page, you should help out by:

Prefixing the destination filename with User_ and your Wiki username, followed by a meaningful suffix.
- Example: User_Pilk_favouriteloadout.png
Adding the file to the User images category by entering in the upload summary.
Files that don't follow this naming scheme may be deleted without warning.
