You've been asked to refrain from hiding topics, yet you still appear to utilize said feature in abusive ways. This feature has now been temporarily disabled due to prone abuse.
Stub tags are used as indicators for editors to highlight articles that are in need of more content. While they may be an annoyance to you is simply not a valid reason to remove them - they are a necessity to encourage contributions on specific articles.
I'd also like to note that disregarding warnings from staff is a serious offense and may result in a block.
