It's unlockable in Poker Night at the Inventory, and I don't think it's available in real-life form (yet, anyway). --Mar 20:15, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

I can do real-life versions of it for a price. I've designed Jokers and appropriately aged the Diamond face cards from the Poker Night to match the TF2 deck, and they all look good at real-card sizes.
