Göklerin Felaketi, Medic için topluluk tarafından yapılan bir kozmetik öğedir. Birinci Dünya Savaşı sırasında Alman savaş pilotlarının taktığı çift düğmeli takım renkli bir üniformadır, bir kemeri, iç bölümünde boyanabilir yaka süsü ve kemerin üzerinde Team Fortress 2 logosuyla şekillendirilmiş bir kemer tokası bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca Medic'in varsayılan ceketine koyu bir posttan yapılmış yaka ekler.

Göklerin Felaketi, Steam Atölyesine katkıda bulunulmuştur.

  • "Göklerin Felaketi", Birinci Dünya Savaşı sırasında Alman Hava Kuvvetlerinde görev alan ve Kızıl Baron olarak da bilinenManfred von Richthofen'a verilmiş bir lakaptır.
  • Boynun hemen altında olan boyanabilir Medic sınıfı amblemi bir necklet'ı (kolyeye benzeyen bir ürün) temsil etmek amacıyla konulmuştur, kolye gibi boynun etrafına geçirilmek amacıyla tasarlanmış bir dekorasyon ürünüdür, ancak farkı göğüs kısmına kadar uzun değildir (sadece boyun içindir).
