Create: List of Halloween maps

The main reason for this article and list is to eliminate the multiple lists of Halloween maps various articles. These redundant explicit lists are a maintenance issue, and are inherently error prone. The second main reason is that I have personally been missing this list; I can not keep the Hells and Shines and Stones straight in my head.

I also wanted a place to list the events, spawns, and spawns, hazards, and features of the released Halloween maps.

I employed the bit about bold and italic map names in the Halloween Map (Original Map) column because the Original maps are a mix of released, community, and unreleased maps.

I don't find sorting all that useful on the list of maps, except to place the maps in date of release order -- by starting the map in release order, there may be no reason to continue having the table sortable ( I left it sortable, I hope, sort of, maybe not sure).

I combined the map type and file name columns because they are largely redundant and sorting on either column is very likely to result in the same desired order.
