Split

With the introduction of the Shortstop, the gameplay mechanic Slow now needs to be an article on its own. --Focusknock 09:25, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

I started up the page. Feel free to help me add to it. Slow -- Nightmare 21:07, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
You could've waited till we'd done the split. :/ Now the powers that be will be angry.--Focusknock 21:12, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
I'm not going to get rid of the split tag, as there's probably still a good deal of information that needs to be moved into Slow, but consider the split accepted.-RJ 22:17, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Locked

The page is locked for a week. When it unlocks, please do not add beta content to it. That's what the Team Fortress 2 Beta page is for. Thanks! -- En Ex (talk) 04:43, 3 December 2010 (UTC)

Weapon Demonstration Project

What (seems) to be missing from the demonstration is the slower spin-up time compared to the minigun. Once a new video featuring that is added (or the current video edited to include it), Natascha will be complete.

DPS is probably outdated.

The Natascha DPS figures appear to date to late 2008 or early 2009. Apparently, the January 28, 2009 Patch fixed the Natascha, such that it does actually do 75% of the Minigun's DPS. It'd be good to test and confirm this and update the article accordingly. Perihelion 21:47, 9 July 2011 (PDT)

Effect on ubercharges

Does Natascha slow down ubered classes? DVDV 02:55, 27 August 2011 (PDT)

no, because i think it only slows the person down if you hit them, and you cant hit them uber'd. Ill have to try this out.TubbyMonster 15:29, 2 May 2012 (PDT)

New model

The natacha now has a black drum instead of the default silver, pics should be updated to reflect this Lifevirusx 22:00, 30 September 2011 (PDT)

Since when has Natascha had a silver drum? » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 14:20, 2 October 2011 (PDT)

Viewmodel / Worldmodel Inconsistency

The ammunition belt that leads from the drum into the weapon feed appears to relocate. When viewed in the first-person viewmodel and in the backpack, the belt is shown to be leading up the left of the barrel into the left side of the weapon, but when viewed on the third-person world model, it's feeding into the right side of the weapon on the outside of the ammunition barrel. It noticeably switches around when taunting. Should this be listed as a bug? Trivia?

I assume it's intentional, to allow for easy visual identification of the weapon. If the belt were always on the left, it would be difficult to recognise Natascha from the Stock Minigun when viewed on another player, as the belt would be on the 'inside' of the model and not easily visible. If it were always on the right, the belt would be mostly hidden behind the weapon barrel when seen in the viewmodel.
Still, I believe this is notable. It's annoying to look at.

This is only present when viewmodels are set to the default right-hand display. When inverted, the viewmodel actually matches the world model, except the taunt still shows the heavy holding it on the right-side of his body... TenhGrey (talk) 22:12, 19 October 2013 (PDT)

Needs more details on how slowdown works.

Does anyone have any more details on the mechanics of the slowdown? This article doesn't seem to cover most of the mechanics behind slowdown.

Pronunciation Secret?

If you say Not Sascha fairly quickly, it sounds like Natascha. --Canadian Man-Baby (talk) 09:26, 10 November 2015 (PST)

Someone already tried that. That piece of trivia was on the Trivia Wall of Shame a long time ago. --Dr. Scaphandre (talk) 09:31, 10 November 2015 (PST)
Essentially its not trivia. Nor would it be fitting on the page. pronouncination is different for everyone. Doesn't fit with the trivia style/guidelines anyways. Ashes (talk) 09:41, 10 November 2015 (PST)
