For now Scream Fortress XI added only 2 new maps and 27 cosmetics all community made (also some unusual effect). It can be seen as beefy content update but i wouldn't classify it as an major update. SF XI wasnt even mentioned on Blog, it was only shown in update subpage.

Don't expect any bigger updates, except "summer" updates.
