Image categorization/licensing

Hi there, and welcome to the Wiki from my side! It appears that our WelcomeBOT has been sleeping on the job - sorry about that. Anyway, great work on those images! However, please provide a proper category next time by using [[Category:Sample text]]

You can use my edit here as a reference. Tip: if you're unsure about what category/license you should be using, try looking for similar images. For more information, see TFW:Licensing images. User Wookipan Golden Strawberry.png Wookipan (talk | contribs) 07:53, 4 December 2017 (PST)

Hello Wiki Pan, I appreciate the greeting! Looks like I need to go through the Help section a few more times... I'll make sure to categorize in the future. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. :) Joshwa (talk) 08:44, 4 December 2017 (PST)

3D images

Hey, glad to see someone taking an interest in this! I'm curious as to how you're making these images, if you're running the script then there shouldn't be an issue. If you want to preview the image, then upload it to a test location, e.g. File:User Joshwa Minigun 3D.jpg. Darkid « TalkContribs » 18:09, 6 December 2017 (PST)

Hey there! And yes, I am using the automate.py script. However, I just realized that when I "Center View" in TFMV, the model isn't pointing towards me, (which seems to be an important part of the process). About the uploading... thanks for that. I've already uploaded two duds... just a little embarrassing. :P Joshwa (talk) 18:15, 6 December 2017 (PST)
It looks like your image isn't rotating at all. You mentioned TFMV, are you referring to HLMV? The script won't work with SFM, and it may have broken again. If the image isn't rotating then I need to fix the memory hacking bit. Darkid « TalkContribs » 18:16, 6 December 2017 (PST)
Right, HLMV. I wouldn't be surprised if the issue was entirely my fault. I'll triple check everything and give it another shot. Joshwa (talk) 18:20, 6 December 2017 (PST)
