The Wiki Cap is a headwear item wearable by all classes. It appears as a large team-colored cap bearing the Team Fortress emblem, it was modelled to resemble a stereotypical Police Officer's cap.
Distribution
Wiki Caps are not automatically distributed based on any defined criteria (for the moment). Sign-up date, edit count or having a link to a Steam Community URL somewhere on your user page is not a guarantee of getting one.
