The Planeswalker Helm is a headwear item for the Medic. It resembles the tusked helm worn by "Garruk", a Planeswalker character from the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering. It appears as a rough metal helmet covering the top half of the face, with small eye-holes, and stylized tusk-like protrusions extending down past each cheek.
The Planeswalker Helm, along with the Planeswalker Goggles, were added to the game as "upcoming promo items for Magic: The Gathering".[1] There has been no further announcement as of yet regarding these items.
