The Planeswalker Helm is a headwear item for the Medic. It is the identical to the tusked helm worn by Garruk Wildspeaker, a planeswalker character from the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering. It is a rough metal helmet with short spikes at the top, small eye slits and tusks extending down along the jaw.
The Planeswalker Helm, along with the Planeswalker Goggles, were added to the game as "upcoming promo items for Magic: The Gathering".[1] There has been no further announcement as of yet regarding these items.
