The Dr's Dapper Topper is a community-created headwear item for the Soldier. It appears as a tall, wide-brimmed top hat with alternating white and team-colored stripes, identical to the one worn by the eponymous Template:W in the famous children's books by Template:W.

Trivia
- The Original mesh and skin for this hat were created by oobersli for his hat submission to be an Uncle Sam-styled patriotic hat; however, it was tweaked slightly and reskinned by Valve to have a Dr. Seuss theme. The texture change was likely implemented to avoid some degree of team color confusion.
