- 커뮤니티 등급의 겨울 아이템[1]을 추가하였습니다.
- 랜덤의 플레이어에게 선물이 전해지게 해주는Giftapult가 추가되었습니다.
- Mann Co.상점에 멋진 겨울상자열쇠를 추가하였습니다.
- 프리미엄 계정을 가진 플레이어는 비밀의 색스턴을 얻게 됩니다.
- 이전의 이벤트에서 부여된 (기부 정신 과 겨울휴일 소음 발생기 포함)는 다시 사용이 가능해졌으며, 이전에 삭제했던 플레이어에게도 부여됩니다.
무기
- 착용시 최대 체력이 20 상승합니다.
- 착용시 초당 체력 회복률이 2 증가합니다.
- +25%받는 피해량 상승을 10%로 줄였습니다.

- Alt-Attack로도 칼을 던질 수 있습니다.
- 발사 속도가 대폭 상승했습니다.
- 사용 금속량이 5로 줄어들었습니다.
- 플레이어와 건물들은 일정 범위 안에서만 공격을 받습니다.
- 달라진 시각적 효과
- 게이지가 다 차도 소형 치명타가 발동되지 않습니다.
- 대신에 점프 횟수를 5 늘려주는 Hypemode가 발동됩니다.
- Hypemode는 Alt-Attack으로 발동됩니다.
- 거지의 바주카의 도발이 직격포의 도발과 같아졌습니다.
- 연속처치전문 인간딛개, 경이로운 차폐막과 돌격 방패는 이제 올바른 입자효과를 나타냅니다. 더이상 입자효과가 무더기로 나타나지 않습니다.
치장품
- "모자" 와 "기타" 슬롯 로드아웃이 "치장품"으로 변경되었습니다. All items that were previously Head- or Misc-slot-specific can now be equipped in any Cosmetic slot.
- 범상찮은아이템 효과의 위치 조정이 모든 치장품 아이템에서 가능해졌습니다.
- 선회하는 범상찮은 효과에 새로운 방식이 적용되었습니다.
- 모든 치장품의 범상찮은 효과는 이제 HUD에서도 보여집니다.
- 위키모자가 데모맨의 머리와 겹치는 것을 수정했습니다.
MvM 모드
- 블루팀 봇들을 정찰할 수 있던것을 수정했습니다.

- Fixed strange scores on cosmetic items sometimes failing to increment
- Fixed gift-wrapped items not showing their interior item to the wrapping player in some conditions

Undocumented changes
- Set the global holiday mode to winter, causing the usual effects such as ropes getting lights and enabling the winter noisemaker.
- Touching a resupply cabinet will remove any clipping items
- Content added to bulletin boards in all maps[2], and several maps have had new posters added.
- Corrected the name of the Smissmas Caribou from Smissmass Caribou.
- Updated the golden statue texture used by the Golden Wrench, Saxxy, and Golden Frying Pan to resemble Australium weapons.
