The Wiki Cap is "Earned by those knowledgeable few who know how to edit a web page." Presumably implying that by contributing to the Official Team Fortress 2 Wiki, you will receive the Wiki Cap.
Wiki Hat Ambiguity
It should be noted that the conditions for receiving a Wiki Cap are not yet known, but your Wiki account and Steam Profile accounts are not linked, but might be in the near future - so edits to the Wiki will certainly not result in a Wiki Cap at this moment in time. At present, nobody has been known to own a Wiki Cap from now. The hat could also be distributed through IP-address that is unlikely.
