The Burly Beast is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a burst-out coat and reviewing his muscular upper body with hair that start from the chest to the bellybutton area. It appeared to be referencing to an immature werewolf body.
The Burly Beast was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
