The Gold Dueling Badge is a level 3 Miscellaneous badge released as part of the Mann-Conomy Update. It appears as a gold, rectangular badge which is displayed on the chest. The medal is awarded after a player has reached level 50 with the Silver Dueling Badge, and its level increases by 1 for every 10 duels won by the player. Once the badge reaches level 75 (740 wins) it is upgraded to the Platinum Dueling Badge.
The badge also displays win percentage based on all duels played, and the time, date, outcome, and opponent in your last duel.
If the badge is deleted, a new one will be awarded upon completing another duel. This new badge will have the same stats as the old one, but a new "date received".
Trivia
- This medal resembles the Grizzled Veteran badge, except for the fact that this one has the same appearance on every class, while the Grizzled Veteran does not look the same when wore on different classes.
- 490 total dueling wins are required to earn this badge.
- Not including random drops or being challenged by other players, the lowest possible amount of money a player can spend on the Dueling Mini-Game in order to get this badge would be $88.11 (88.11€, £52.51) which is the cost of buying 445 duels (89 sets of 5) and having 3 extra duels left. A player would need to win every duel to achieve that price, though.
