The Grenadier Helm is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for the Demoman. It is a battered and worn horned helmet with a small patch on the front.
This item was obtained by purchasing Hero Academy on Steam. Purchasing this item in the Mann Co. Store was granting the buyer a Steam Gift copy of the Dwarves Pack downloadable content for Hero Academy on Steam.
The Grenadier Helm was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
