There are 17 Scream Fortress IX contracts that are free for every user, similar to the Pyroland Contracts, except every contract gives you a Halloween Package. The Halloween Package gives you a Halloween restricted item, similar to the Goodie Cauldron or the Gift Cauldron from previous years. The contracts range from Boss contracts, like the Horseless Headless Horseman, to contacts taking you to community and/or valve made maps. The event is scheduled from October 26, 2017 to November 8, 2017.
