The Planeswalker Helm is a promotional cosmetic item for the Medic. It is based on the helmet worn by Garruk from the card game Magic: The Gathering; a battered team-colored helmet decorated with short spikes, a visor with small eye holes, and two tusks that extend along the length of the wearer's jaw.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-ordered Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 on Steam before June 15, 2011.
