The Planeswalker Helm is an unreleased Headwear item for the Medic. It resembles the tusked helm worn by Garruk Wildspeaker, one of the planeswalkers featured in the trading card game Magic: The Gathering.

- Players take the role of dueling planeswalkers in the Magic the Gathering -- powerful mages that have gained the ability to travel through different worlds or planes. During the Lorwyn expansion block, new powerful card types called planeswalkers (including Garruk Wildspeaker) were introduced into the card game.
- Garruk is a nature mage and beast caller. He is aligned with green magic, the color of healing in the game.
- The item description is a reference to the fact that Garruk summons, works and fights with powerful wood beasts.
