The Scottish Handshake is a melee weapon for the Demoman. It is a brown glass rum bottle, apparently made by the Demoman's Degroot family descendants in 1680.
This weapon functions in exactly the same way as the Bottle.
Similar to the Bottle, the lower half of the Scottish Handshake will shatter if a critical hit is delivered, though the effect is purely cosmetic and has no effect on damage dealt.
