The Three-Rune Blade is a promotional melee weapon for the Scout. It appears as a Witcher's Silver Blade with a worn brown hilt and a pommel in the shape of a wolf's head.
The Three-Rune Blade functions the same way as the Boston Basher.
This weapon is awarded to players who preorder The Witcher 2 before May 17, 2011.

Bugs
- For a short time after the items were unlocked, equipping them while in a server caused the server to crash and all the players to disconnect
- The weapon uses the Bat's sounds.
Trivia
- A Witcher has two main tools: A Steel Sword and a Silver Sword, both typically worn across his back. The Three-Rune Blade appears as a Witcher's Silver Sword.
