When the wearer is in the RED team, the left side's background is red and the right side's background is grey; when in the BLU team, the left side's background is grey and the right side's background is blue.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who open What's in the Companion Square Box? or What's in the Sandvich Box?.

Trivia
- The letter "a" mentioned in the item description actually stands for Ashley Wood, one of the co-founders of ThreeA Toys.
- The "gas mask guy" mentioned in the item description actually stands for ThreeZero, the predecessor of ThreeA Toys before 2008. This logo is also based on the gas masks used by members of Special Duties Unit, which is the main elite paramilitary special operations unit in Hong Kong, the hometown of another co-founder Kim Fung Wong.
