• 修复了医生发射出的针筒会造成内存泄露的问题。
• 修复了一些情况下针筒在角落或穿过水和空气时（不论方向）隐形的问题。
• 修复了针筒在开启了最小化游戏界面或设置了自定义模型视野的情况下在客户端可能会显示错误的击中效果的问题。
• 修复了正宗雷神之锤火箭发射器错误的使用了默认的填装音效而不是预想的音效的问题。
• 修复了某些实体在服务器运行时间过长后会变成静态物件的问题：
  • 修复了曼恩 vs. 机器的机器人生成失败的问题。
  • 修复了火箭有时会变为固体的问题。
• 更新了Onimann和Cranial Cowl的equip_region（装备区域）设置。
• 更新地图cp_frostwatch：
  • 修复了可以站在第一阶段的第二个控制点的悬崖墙壁上的问题。
• 扩展了VScript的支持：
  • 将.nut文件设置为了可接受的上传/下载文件。
  • 修复了客户端能够在服务器上运行一些script_*除错用指令。
  • 添加了EmitSoundEx。
  • 修复了给函数传递空文字串导致的崩溃问题。
  • 新增了MaxClients函数以获取当前的maxplayers。
  • 修复了切换关卡时没有清除脚本钩子的问题。

未记载变动

• 更新了法语、德语、匈牙利语、韩语、挪威语、葡萄牙语、西班牙语（西班牙）和繁体中文的本地化文件。
• 丛林炼狱更新中添加的武器现在可以被合成了。
• 修复了一个导致某些饰品的装备区域（equip_regions）设定无法正常生效的拼写错误。
