Undocumented change

This can be applied for this patch, as well as future/past ones.

I'd like to state my reason behind it, I'd like to hear your opinion as always in the matter as well.

In my opinion, I do believe that we should add the loc file undocumented change, since in the end of the day, the loc file for English was updated, regardless of what the patch note says. Yes, the patch note states what exactly was changed, but the file itself, tf_english.txt, modified as stated below the patch.
