Itsy Bitsy Spyer is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It is a team-colored Template:W, fashioned in the likeness of the Spy. A yellow pin is sticking out of the Spy's chest, and two more are fastened in a team-colored strap to the ammo pouch it nestles in.
Itsy Bitsy Spyer was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name The Stitched Saboteur.
