The Brain-Warming Wear is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is an animal-themed, team-colored chullo hat, styled to loosely resemble a crab, with the buttons on each pom-pom representing eyes, and the drawstrings resembling claws. The hat's "eyes" and "claws" wiggle with the player's movements.

The Brain-Warming Wear was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
