The Dr. Gogglestache is a miscellaneous item for the Medic. It is a pair of team-colored glowing goggles with flaps and a white moustache.
This Item can only be worn around Halloween or in a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the misc loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the Item.
