Hey, look at me, look at me!
The Scout on his new badges

Flair! is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. The item is a set of small badges and can be sprayed with the Decal Tool. The backpack icon shows BLU and RED team logos, a picture of Saxton Hale's face, and the Team Fortress 2 logo. Each class wears the set of badges in a different fashion, with some badges being worn more than once, and others varying in size.

Flair! was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

October 13, 2011 Patch (Manniversary Update & Sale)

July 7, 2016 Patch (Meet Your Match Update)

Trivia

  • The item's name and description are a reference to the film Office Space, in which employees of the restaurant Chotchkie's were required to wear at least "fifteen pieces of flair" (wacky buttons and decals) on their uniforms to demonstrate their enthusiasm.
