The Neckwear Headwear is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a top hat that has a paintable scarf tied around it, with a loose end which hangs over the rim of the hat. A mistletoe leaf with three berries is pinned to the scarf.
The Neckwear Headwear was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
