The Steel Pipes are a miscellaneous item for the Soldier, introduced in the October 27, 2011 Patch. They are a pair of aluminum dryer hoses that go over the Soldier's arms.

This Item can only be worn around Halloween or in a Full Moon, so it does not appear in gameplay. However, it can be equipped in the misc loadout slot, and in the character preview it shows the player wearing the Item.
