The Back Scratcher is a weapon for the Pyro. It was added in the December 17, 2010 patch. It appears as a gardening rake with a wooden handle, green top, and bloodied teeth.

- The Back Scratcher was originally a skin for the Axtinguisher in the fan-made Fancy vs. Nasty Update.
- The stats for the Back Scratcher were originally given to The Endless Carnage, a Pyro melee weapon from the fan-made Advanced Weaponiser.
