The Back Scratcher is a melee weapon for the Pyro. It appears as a gardening rake with a wooden handle and a green metal head that has bloodstains on the teeth. It does 25% more damage with advantage of having 50% health from Medkits but 75% less health from the Medicgun/Kritzgrieg and Dispenser.

Bugs
- Health received from a Medic using the Crusader's Crossbow heals as per normal instead of at a hampered rate.
- Due to the size of the head of the rake, it clips significantly with the Pyro's leg when taunting.

December 20, 2010 (item server update): Back Scratcher is added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable, and included in random drops.
