The Scout on customer appreciation

The Hot Dogger is a community-created headwear item for the Scout. It is a small white hat with a team-colored trim, topped with a replica of a hot dog with mustard.

The Hot Dogger was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

  • The Hot Dogger was added to the game.

Bugs

  • When paint is used on this hat, or previewed in the Mann Co. Store, no change in color is observed.

Trivia

  • The terms "hot dogger" and "hot dogging" refer to someone in sports who shows off or generally engages in unsportsmanlike conduct; a common trait of the Scout's verbal responses, taunts, and general manner.
  • The hot dog is one of the most popular foods eaten by baseball fans, the Scout's favorite sport.
