The Area 451 is a promotional headwear item for the Pyro. It is a mask that resembles a stereotypical Template:W.

This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchase XCOM: Enemy Unknown before October 9, 2012.

This hat's name is derived from the urban legend of Template:W, where alien spacecrafts and technology are allegedly held, and Template:W, a novel by Ray Bradbury about a dystopian future where all books are banned and burned by the government.
