Das Metalmeatencasen is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a stylized version of the German WWI "Infanterie-Panzer" (Literally "infantry armour"), a bullet resistant body armor.

Das Metalmeatencasen was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
