The Medical Emergency is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a team-colored medical satchel bag worn over his left shoulder and hanging on his right side, featuring the Medic's class emblem, the words "FIRST-AID", and an electronic panel with a green screen displaying the same class emblem and several buttons of different colors with an arrow pointing up on each side.

The Medical Emergency was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
