Classic 1 - 100

The Classic is a weapon for the Sniper, added in the Love & War Update. It resembles a H&K G36 with a longer barrel, a clip and a laser sight. Game-play is unaffected by the laser sight however the weapon itself produces a large amount of sound once fired.

This weapon is based off of the Sniper Rifle from Team Fortress Classic.

It allows the player to charge their shot without having to be scoped, but the player will suffer a large amount of movement loss. It deals less damage on body shots, and can only head shot once fully charged. It can be charged by holding down the fire key followed by releasing it to cause massive damage to the victim.

• Fixed The Classic automatically zooming in after going through a teleporter while charging.

Bugs

• The scope reticle appears to be non functional when the game is running in DirectX 8 mode.
• On occasion, the lazer sight will float above the Classic while changing a shot.

Trivia

• On a kill with this weapon, the victim is gibbed, similar to the TFC Sniper Rifle.
