In Primo Piano — Aggiornamento dell’Ingegnere
The Engineer Update was a major content update focusing on the Engineer. The update was announced on July 5, 2010, followed by daily reveals until its release on July 8, 2010.

It was unique in that rather than announcing new content for the update regularly, new content was announced every time 25 Golden Wrenches were found through crafting. With 100 Wrenches to be found in total, there were 4 announcements prior to the final release of the update which added a new core mechanic for the Engineer, Hauling, along with several new Engineer weapons and maps.

  • 9 Febbraio 2023 - Aggiornato il Blog Ufficiale di TF2. Attention, Steam Workshop Creators! Valve annuncia il rilascio di un vero e proprio aggiornamento completo quest'estate! Carica le tue creazioni del workshop prima del 1° maggio 2023 per una possibilità che vengano inclusi nel gioco.
    • 13 Febbraio 2023 (modificato): Valve ha revisionato la formulazione di questa voce del blog. La voce dell'aggiornamento adesso descrive la pianificazione di un "aggiornamento di tipo festivo" con "altre sistemazioni contribuite dalla comunità" anziché "aggiornamento completo" con "chissà cos'altro?!"
  • 2 Agosto 2019 - Aggiornato il Blog Ufficiale di TF2. Aggiornamento riguardante il problema con la probabilità di trovare cappelli Insoliti nelle casse. Ecco tutti i dettagli sulla situazione e sui provvedimenti riguardanti gli oggetti legati al problema.
