Galleria is a community-created Player Destruction map added in the Smissmas 2023 update. It is set in the Teufort Galleria, a shopping center located in the fictional town of Teufort. The objective of the map sees players collecting "presents" (cans of fuel), and delivering them to the "tree" (rocket) in the center of the ice rink. This map is a Winter-themed version of the map Nucleus.
Galleria was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
Features
The map features a custom announcer, voiced by OctoBlitzVA Go play Galleria!!!.
The central ice rink that contains the capture zone is slippery, which affects players' movement when on the ice.
When the capture zone closes, an Ice resurfacer enters the rink and begins driving in a circle around the central rocket. It exits the rink when the capture zone re-opens. The ice resurfacer kills players upon collision, however players can stand on top of the vehicle. A blood splatter builds up on the front of the resurfacer as it kills more players.
Upon either team winning the round, the rocket launches through the glass skylight of the mall, and the metal pieces attached to it fall off, killing players they land on.
The central control room (located directly across from the cinema) is initially closed off by several doors that open soon after the round starts. They close again when the rocket begins to launch.
